He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Paul Toy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Arbuckle Toy; his stepson George Yanosh; and his grandchildren, Hali Goode, Tiffany Toy, Xander Toy and Rebecca Toy. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
