She was predeceased by : her husband John Stanley Carlisle, Jr. of Spartanburg; her parents, Lawrence A. Smith and Bertha G. Smith; and her brother Harry K. Smith of Smyrna, GA.. She is survived by : her son Mark A. Carlisle (Meridith W. Carlisle); and her grandson Pearson A. Carlisle of Duncan.
