He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Mullinax and Lois Medley Mullinax; and his brother Roger Mullinax. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Alverson Mullinax; his children, Michael Ray Mullinax (Monica) of Gaffney and Kimberly Sullivan (Mark) of Gaffney; his sister Sarah Gordon (Ken) of Gastonia; and his grandchildren, Jordan Mullinax (Ashley), Madison Mullinax (Kaley), Parker Sullivan (Payton) and Peyton Sullivan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Goucher Baptist Church (415 State Rd S-11-584, Gaffney, SC 29340). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
