She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wright and Ellen Gordon Wright; her husband James Albert Coggins; her daughter Kathy Cleapor; her brothers, Silas Wright, Job Wright, James Wright and Paul Wright; and also Howard Ray Henderson.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Shane (Julie Cleapor) of Spartanburg, Josh Cleapor (Mandi) of Spartanburg and Tim Wright (Teresa) of Spartanburg; her great grandchildren, Austin, Andrew of Will, JD, Logan and Avery; and her brother Saul Wright of Pacolet. She is also survived by six great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Peace Freewill Baptist Church (1195 Old Converse Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
