She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marcus Terry and Lillie Lee Howard Terry; her former husband Marshall Lee Harvey; her daughter Susan Ballenger; and her siblings, Martha Evatt, Marion Terry and Loyce Terry.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Ronald Smalley; and her children, Terry Harvey, Teresa H. Looney, Angela S. Karczewski (Jim) and Ronnie F. Smalley (Tonya). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
