She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Aiken, Sr. and Gertrude Smith O'Shields; her husband Edward Cullen Crook (Ed); her grandsons, Chad Crook and Cullen Crook; and her siblings, Alfred A. O'Shields, Jr., Elaine Moore, Bert Hodge and Sam O'Shields.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Crook (Sherri) and Mike Crook (Luanne); her grandchildren, Brandon Crook (Jessica), Coleman Crook (Brittney), Grant Crook (Nichole), Michael Crook (Hannah) and Ivey Crook Moyer (Zane); her great grandchildren, Safia Crook, Davina Crook, Ridge Crook, Emma Crook and Micah Crook; and her sister Martha Horton.
