Carnagey, Sr. (Carl) of El Paso, TX; his wife Carol Mitchell Carnagey of Summerville, SC; his daughters, Heather Overson (Tristen) of El Paso, TX and DeAnn Pope (Jay) of El Paso, TX; his stepchildren, Sheri Shea of San Antonio, TX, DeeDee Howard (Scott) of San Antonio, TX, Tracy Shaw (Bryan) of Summerville, SC and Travis Mitchell of Goose Creek, SC; and his sister Linda Walker (Jerry) of Mason, OH. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
