She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Sweeney and Phyllis Sweeney; and her sister Jane Sweeney. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhiannon Gluhosky and Annamarie Gluhosky; and her siblings, Dan Sweeney, Patricia McKnight, Bob Sweeney, Dave Sweeney, Tom Sweeney, John Sweeney, Rita Richmond and Meg Torgerud.

The family requests that any donations in her memory be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Fund (themmrf.org).
