He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Crump; his parents, John A. Crump Sr. and Ruth Crump; his son Robert A. Crump, Sr.; and his sister Ruby Mae Minick.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Crain; his grandchildren, Robert A. Crump, Jr., Colleen Jeffords (Bryson), Patrick Crump and Mandy Rogers (Gene); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Alex, Taylor, Peyton, John, Sophia, Kennison, Jacob and Tyler; and his sister Sue Ray. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethany United Methodist Church - Spell Chapel (118 W 3rd S St, Summerville, SC 29483). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Summerville Cemetery (1330 Boone Hill Rd, Summerville, SC 29483).
