He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Pangburn and Agnes Allan Pangburn. He is survived by: his sons, Richard A. Pangburn, II of Summerville and Scott C. Pangburn (Phyllis) of Dudley, NC; his grandchildren, Allan C. Pangburn (Shih) of Lancaster and Khandis M. Pangburn of Dudley, NC; and his great grandchildren, Peter J. Stokes, Andrew T. Stokes, Elijah Z. Stokes and Lilyanna M. Stokes.
