She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Jackson Welch; her parents, Ernest DuBose and Sudie Baird DuBose; her son Ernest Milton Welch; and her siblings, Joe DuBose, Linwood DuBose, Leslie DuBose, Tiny Brown, Azalee Welch, Ann Green, Helen Buddin and Sarah Driggers.
She is survived by: her children, Willard Jackson Welch, Jr. (Debra) and Wanda Brown (Bernie); her daughter-in-law Marsha Charpia; and her grandchildren, Trey Welch, Tonya Banks, Allison Florence, Crystal Garcia, Krystal Welch, Amanda Welch and Jeffery Alkire. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
