It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Helen Vohs of Sumter, South Carolina, born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlington G. Furguson and Addie L. Furguson; and her siblings, John Furguson, Rollin Furguson, Gordon Furguson, Robert Furguson, Irene Eichinger and Betty Sessler.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Vohs (Charlotte) of Sumter, Six, Dennis Vohs (Jenny) of Sumter, Six and Doug Vohs (Lisa) of Sumter, Six; her grandchildren, April Eder (Jason), Jeffrey Vohs (Amanda), Brad Vohs (Amy), Michael Vohs (Michelle), Matthew Vohs (Leila) and Trevor Vohs (Ashley); her sister Judith Schulz of North Carolina; and her friend Linda Vohs. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
