She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Charles Cassady and Eunice Roberta Baker Cassady; and her grandchildren, Jacob Faulling and Amy Witska. She is survived by: her children, Hope Winberg, Tina E. Ohlfs and James S. Harrison; her grandchildren, Timothy Witska (Marissa), Jennifer Mansur (Kevin), Kristen Gonzalez (Devin), Nicholas McDaniel, Morgan Gossett, LeeAnna Harrison, Rebecca Ohlfs, Thomas Harrison and Taylor Harrison; and her brother Rudy Charles Cassady, Jr.. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Community Hospice in Jacksonville, FL.
