With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Oliver Moffatt (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Mayesville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Carrie Smith. She is survived by: her children, Antoinette Oliver, Carrie Oliver, Shannon Oliver, Vincent Speed and Adrian Oliver Moffat; and her siblings, Sandra Benjamin, Ruby Tomlin, Ronnie Smith and Tony Smith. She is also survived by six granddaughters; four grandsons; three great grandchildren, with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
