He is survived by: his children, Alice Elizabeth Kalish (Mike Hanson) of Los Angeles, CA, Lesley Kalish Gibson of Nashville, TN, Bernard Paul Kalish, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA and Patrick Joseph Kalish (Hannah); and his siblings, John Franklin Kalish Sr. (Kris), Elizabeth Anne Zuro Tucson (Owen) and Dolly Kalish Brown (Mike). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
