She was predeceased by: her husband Ladson "Lad" Fraser Owens, Jr.; and her daughter Elizabeth Owens Blakeslee. She is survived by: her son-in-law Bryant Blakeslee; her daughters, Norma Owens Abbott (Phillip) and Linda Owens Forrest (Andy); her grandchildren, Katherine Abbott Dowdney (Sam), Jack Abbott (Maggie), Bryant Blakeslee, Jr., Caroline Blakeslee, D. Alex Forrest and Stuart Forrest; and her great grandchildren, Pam George and Vivian Kelley.
