Bruce Peavy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2021, at the age of 53, Bruce Peavy (Sumter, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Marion E. Peavy, Sr.; his former wife Melody Hope Peavy; his grandson Maddux Peavy; his brother Marion E. "Gene" Peavy, Jr.; and his stepfather Edmund Atkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Erin Baker Peavy; his mother Joyce Carolyn Atkinson; his children, Zachary Peavy (Whitney) of Sumter, Sarah Peavy Wonchoba (James) of Enfield, CT and Alyson Mehm; his grandchildren, Harrison and Sullivan; his siblings, Mark Peavy of Columbia, Beverlee Johnson (Ben) of Barnwell and Wendi Floyd (Chris) of New Zion; his parents-in-law, William and Vicki Baker; and his sisters-in-law, Amy Baker and Rosie Peavy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
