Long and Laurene Long; his children, Bernie Long (Valerie) of Oxford, NC, Gwen Herod (Perry) of Sumter, SC and Larry Long (Michelle) of Irmo, SC; his grandchildren, Amanda, Cameron (Laura), Justin Long (Annabel), Matthew Herod (Christi), Ben Herod (Charlotte), Jacob Herod (Ashley), Lindsay, Preston and Allison Long; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Emma Herod, Avery Kate, Hadley Herod and Lilly Herod; his adoptive son Dr. Mike Williams of Texas; and his close friends, Marie, Ida Felder and Lucille Scott.
