She is survived by: her parents, David Lee Boyd and Etta Mickens (John); her children, Alexis Mickens of Dalzell, Nyasia Mickens of Dalzell, Douglas Joe, Jr. of Dalzell and Bryan Joe of Dalzell; her grandchildren, Harmonie Bradley and Aliyah Hudson; her brothers, Kevin Mickens of North Carolina and LeCedrick Mickens (Toramy) of Camden; her aunts and uncles, Georgia Martin, Flossie Johnson (Ernest), Danielle Boyd, Samatha Bracey (Billy), Pamela Boyd, Essie Baker (Tom), Diane Johnson, Angela Century, Victoria Wilson (Vern), Rebecca Mack (Robert), Rachel Davis, Edna Scott, Carrie Gibson, Lucille Baker, James Mickens, David (Jaqualin), Lonell Mickens, Ray Pearson, James Pearson, Sammie Pearson, Sammie Davis and Henry Pearson; and her close friend Fredrick Burris. She is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; one great aunt.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home, 2148 Springhill Road, Dalzell.
