He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Owens Hicks; and his brother Timothy Kelly. He is survived by: his father Robert Bryan Hicks; his sisters, Robin Kelly (Steve) of Sumter and Angela Wilkins (Charles) of Sumter; and his nieces, Amanda, Kenzie, Madison, Haley and Bella.
