She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonso Powell and Lena Mae Sullivan Powell; her son Brian Stevens; and her siblings, Brenda Powell, Barbara Powell and Marvin Powell.
She is survived by: her husband R. Wayne Stevens; her brother John Powell (Gloria) of Hope Mills, NC; her siblings-in-law, Gary and Tammy Ray Stevens of Sumter; her parents-in-law, Marvin W. and Ernestina Stevens of Sumter; and her nieces and nephews, Alexis Powell (Malcolm Lewis), Ashley Campbell, Joseph Powell, Abagail Powell, Isiah Powell, Elijah Powell, Molly Lewis, Zoe Lewis, Kyndall Wiggins, Jarrett Stevens, Shane Stevens, Madison, Jaiden and Owen.
