With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cornelia Burns Adams of Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Adams; her son David (Emily); her grandsons, Noah and Ben; and her siblings, Henri (Bob), Wade, Sue Smoak (Jerry) and Neil Burns. She is also survived by one niece, three nephews and a great aunt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
