He is survived by: his children, Gwen Smith (Robert) of Augusta, GA., Detasha Sinkler (Roosevelt, Jr.) of Pinewood, Iasha Thomas of Rembert, Daniel and Marion Thomas of Rembert; his mother Janet S. Grant; his siblings, Marion Grant of Hyattsville, MD., Lizzie White (Wallace) of Augusta, GA and Annette Dinkins (Johnnie) of Rembert; and his aunts, Bernice Hill of Sumter, Rev. Lillian S. Reynolds of Sumter, Ophelia Spencer of Sumter and Cornelia Collier (James) of Sumter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
