It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Floyd (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyn Barnes Floyd; his parents, William Clarence Floyd and Idella Minnie Goodwin Floyd; and his son Pete B. Floyd. He is survived by: his daughter Llawayne Reid (Barry) of Wedgefield; his grandchildren, Jessica Nicole Reid, Caitlin Amanda Reid and Christopher Eugene Reid; and his brother Bobby Allen Floyd (Joyce) of Santa Fe, TN..
