Smalls of Moncks Corner, SC, Mary L. Palmer of Moncks Corner, SC and Brenda P. Singleton (James) of Columbia, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Tommy Miller (Susie), Charles D. Donald later developed a strong foundation on which he built his family.
