He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee and Virginia Talbott (Snyder). He is survived by: his sons, Jason "Mike" Talbott of Sumter, S. C., Anthony Talbott of Texas, Joshua Talbott of Sumter, S. C., Adam Talbott of Texas and Jeremy Talbott (Crystal Williams) of South Carolina; and his sisters, Jane Hartley of East Liverpool, Ohio. and Bonnie McKinnon of East Liverpool, Ohio.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In compliance with Ohio state regulations and in connection with the COVID-19 public health crisis, masks and social distancing will be mandatory.
