He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Miller and Charlotte Moore Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Harvey Miller; and his children, Emery A. Miller, Jr. of Sumter, Charles J Holter (Jane) of Michigan and Angela Barnett (William) of Georgia. He is also survived by two grandsons; three granddaughters; and eight great grandchildren.
