He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Melissa Plowden Norman of Brooklyn, NY, Victor Plowden (Cindy) of Edgefield, SC, Natayzha Plowden-Davis (Ronald) of Duluth, GA, Sabrina Plowden of Brooklyn, NY and Regina Plowden-Graham (Chris) of Brooklyn, NY. He was also cherished by his siblings; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
