It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Darby (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sonny Boy and Beulah Darby; his sisters, Gloria Darby and Marie Bradford of Columbia; his uncle Delgard Bradford; his stepchildren, Bernard Davis, Aliyah Davis and Kadesa Davis; and his parents-in-law, Julius and Anna Mack of Lamar. He was also cherished by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home, 4400 Broad Street, # 38, Sumter.
