We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021, at the age of 57, Evelena Johnson (Sumter, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her siblings, Teresa Johnson, Lether Mae Johnson, Johnnie Mae Stukes and Willie Johnson of Bishopville; her godson Keith Mark; and her aunts and uncles, Jeremiah Temoney (Ella) of Dalzell, Parish Temoney of Lamar, Mack Temoney of Greensboro, NC, Rev. Archie Temoney (Henrietta) of Sumter, Rev. Abraham Temoney (Agnes) of Sumter, Toby Temoney of Sumter, Rev. Herbert Temoney (Kimberly) of Charleston, Maggie Richardson of Baltimore, MD, Sarah Durant of Elliott and Annie Mae Brailsford of Wedgefield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COV19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitations at the home only from 3:00 – 7:00 p. m. daily, 107 Burkett Drive, Sumter.
