She was predeceased by: her husband Elbert W. "Buck" Foxworth, Jr.; her parents, Earl Chrisawn and Estelle Brown Chrisawn; and her siblings, Earl Chrisawn, Jr. and Mona Keels.
She is survived by: her children, Anne F. Owens (Charles) of Camden, Elbert W. "Bucky" Foxworth, III (Betty Ann) of Sumter and Terri F. Avin (Griff) of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, Charles T. Owens, II (Crystal), James B. Owens (Jamie), Nikki Wade (Adam), Brantley Foxworth (Katelyn) and Brittany McKelvey (John); and her great grandchildren, Brantley Owens, Briggs Owens, Charleigh Owens, Conway Owens, Addie Wade and Miller Foxworth.
