He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Harris Baker. He is survived by: his father Francis J. "Buddy" Baker; his daughter Pamela Erin Baker; his sister Kathy "Sissy" Lambert (Richard) of Sumter; his nieces and nephews, Joseph Smith (Brittany), Richie Lambert, Anthony "A. J.", Ashley Smith (R. W.) and Miranda Lambert; and his great-niece Hailey.

Memorials may be made to the family c/o Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter.
