He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pete Parker and Annie Lee Parker; his children, Robert Franklin Parker and Jeanette Lorraine Jones; and his siblings, Willard Parker, George Parker, Jr., Elouise Coker, Leola Parker, Mildred Parker and Juanita Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Rulea Wilkes Parker; his children, George M. Parker (Karen) and Deborah K. Sarvis (Ronz) of Sumter; and his brother Irvin "Pete" Parker of Charleston. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
