Hazel Rowe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2021, at the age of 81, Hazel Rowe of Sumter, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Edward Gramling, Jr. and Blanche Hazel Wilson Gramling. She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Elliott "Jack" Rowe III; her children, John Elliott Rowe IV (Alexa) of Sumter and Julie Gramling Rowe of Mt. Pleasant; her grandsons, William Hampton Rowe and John Elliott "J. E."; and her brother Julius Edward Gramling III (Marie) of Columbia.
