He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morgan Lewis, Sr. and Marjorie Loye Strange Lewis; and his brother Christopher Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Atkinson Lewis; his children, Joshua Lewis, Sherry Walker (Mike), James Lawrence (Kristen) and Brady Lambert (Lasonja); his grandchildren, Michael Rivers (Aubrey), Candace Peterson (Hunter), Aaron Walker, Lorena Alvarez, Logan Lawrence, Tyler Anderson, William Lawrence, Eleanor Lawrence, Geno Anaya, Jimmy Shumaker, Grace Tibor, Jo Tibor, Claire Tibor, Kenota Lambert (Sara), Brandon Lambert (Dextevia), Cody Lambert and Shania Ramsey (Andreus); and his siblings, Rev. Billy M. Lewis (Dianne), Brenda Lewis Osteen, Rev. Steven K. Lewis (Linda) and Gary A. Lewis (Renee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
