He is survived by: his wife Janet Plowden Cecil; his children, Linda Knight (John) of Sumter and Les Martel (Angel) of Fleming Island, FL.; his grandchildren, Shane Knight (Mallory) of Spartanburg, SC, Kristen File (Jonathan) of Spartanburg, SC, Melayna, Derek and Becky Martel of Jacksonville, FL; his great grandchildren, Samuel, Sloane and Savannah Knight of Spartanburg, SC.; and his brothers, Freddie Cecil of Poplar Bluff, MO, Barry Cecil of Campbell, MO and Dean Cecil of Campbell, MO.
