He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wise and Vonice Baker Wise; and his brothers, Carl Wise and Tony Wise. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hatfield Wise; his sister Issel Saukko (Doc); his daughters, Angela Poff (Justin), Laurie Johnson (Eric) and Lisa Rackley (Billy); and his grandchildren, Andrew Coker, Ashley Coker, Brittany Barfield, Chelsea Rackley, Brice Cornett, Savannah Mahoney, Corban Rackley, R. J. Mahoney, Austin Mahoney and Camden Rackley. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
