He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Elkin Bailey and Bertha "Bea" Holland Bailey; and his stepmother Renae Bailey. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robert E. "Robbie" Smith, III of Camden and Stephanie Kristin Clough of New Orleans, LA; his granddaughter Savannah Noel Smith; his great grandchild Trey Booker; his siblings, Marion Elkin Bailey, Jr. (Kathy) of Lexington, KY and Crystal Hope Bailey of Louisville, KY; his stepbrothers, Michael Dalton, Billy Dalton and Bryan Dalton; and also, Tara and Phoenix. He is also survived by family members and friends.
