She was predeceased by: her parents, Orrie T. Avin and Nora McLeod Avin; her husband Richard Lewis McDaniel, Sr.; and her siblings, Lela Pritchard, Evelyn Wells and O. D. Avin.
She is survived by: her children, Richard "Ricky" McDaniel (Beth), Sharon Rogers (Stephen) and Ronald McDaniel (Becki); her grandchildren, Bryan McDaniel, Emily McDaniel, Jessica McDaniel, Caroline Rogers and Meredith Rogers; her great grandchildren, Easton McDaniel, Casen McDaniel, Carter McDaniel and Avacyn Keels; her siblings, Hilda Glava, Rosa Lee Griffin, Dianna Turbeville, Wayne Avin, Louie Avin and Buford Avin; and her son-in-law Glenn Rogers.
