With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Mey (Sumter, South Carolina), born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on February 9, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Robert Laughlin and Katherine Arlene Laughlin. She is survived by: her spouse Richard A. Mey; her children, Jackie Lee Roush of Sumter, Cathy Jo Cuttino (Tom) of Sumter and Cari A. Mader (Kevin Zies) of Fort Wayne; and her stepchildren, Joni Collins (Brad) of Chester, WV and Richard D. Mey (Leslie) of Churubsco, IN. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews; a sister Phyllis Laughlin Green (Chuck) of Chester, WV and a brother.
