She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd M. Hayes; her parents, Henry E. Welch and Edna Corene Smith Welch; and her brothers, Henry E. Welch, Jr., Roy A. Welch and Carvin C. Welch.
She is survived by: her son Michael A. Hayes (Kathleen Ferendaz) of Ashwood; her great grandchild Andrew Hamilton; and her sisters, Mary Grooms (Willie) of Borden and Gloria Hatfield (Bubba) of Borden.
