She is survived by: her mother Gene Winters; and her children, April Owens of Virginia, Stacy Owens of Columbia, Kristen Ammons (Preston Evans) of Summerton, Angie Ammons of Macedonia and Brenda Gail Benedict of North Carolina. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
