She was predeceased by: her husband Harold O. Fox; and her parents, Jiro Yamada and Yone Yamada. She is survived by: her children, Tim Fox (Cheryl) and Terry Fox-Cordle (John); her grandchildren, Jason Fox (Tiffany), Ryan Brookin (Kyra) and Ashley Stockton (Scott); her sister-in-law Grace (Tony); and her nieces, Nanassa Austin (Shawn) and Yaiko Neill (Trevor). She is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 140 Stoneridge Drive, Suite 210, Columbia, SC 29210.
