She was predeceased by: her mother Emily Geddings Rapp. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Wayne Cooley; her father Henry Hazel Ardis, Sr.; her daughters, Jennifer Ardis Neese (Brad) and Brooke Haley Ardis; her granddaughters, Amelia Bradly Neese and Erika Jane Merritt; her siblings, Henry "Bubba" Ardis, Fred Rapp, Donna Finch Hillman, Robyn Rapp Heftner (Dave) and Terry Ford (James); her nephew David Wayne Finch; and her aunt Doris Beard (Art). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
