He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Rosa Lee McBride Gibbs; his stepfather Leroy Gibbs, Sr.; and his siblings, Julia Billups (Sandy), Esther Anderson, Mildred of Washington and Hammie. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
