C., Debra Ann Gibbs-Parks of Omaha, Ellaree Gibbs of Lawrenceville, N. J., Norman Richard G. Gibbs (Doris) of Allentown, PA and Elias Gibbs (Dale) of Elgin; her grandchildren, Latonya Monique Gibbs, Marquis Lamar Roach, Meleik Lamont Roach, Elias Gibbs, Jr. (EJ), Damar Richard Gibbs, Vaneese Gibbs, Sharee McLean, Theodore Parks, Omar Gibbs-Colbert and Ayanna Gibbs; her siblings, Lilaree Franklin, Dorothy Jenkins, Martha Mae Anderson, Annie Mae Bradley, Helen Solomon, William Jennings and Rosabelle Bradley; her sons-in-law, Charles Roach, Jr. and James Arbil Parks; and her grandchildren, Norman R. Gibbs, II and Sherron Gibbs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other relatives.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitations at the home, 112 Tucson Drive, Sumter.
