She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Wactor, Sr. and Rosa Lee Jenkins Wactor; her sons, Kendell (Sandy) and Tyrell Wactor (Tamara); her siblings, Joseph Jr., Ernest Wactor, Betty Wactor (Teresa Mack) and S. C.; and her aunts and uncles, Eartha Mae Smoot, Shirley Wactor of Sumter, Eartha Wactor of Bishopville, Jeanette Jenkins of Sumter, James "Pete", William "Slim" and James Jenkins of Sumter. She was also cherished by family members, friends or even her son's friends.
In accordance with the COVID -19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitations at the home, 611 East Liberty Street, Lot #29, Sumter.
