He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Brenda J. Thomas (Charlie) and Melvin L. Parker Sr. (Cynthia); his daughter Kaylen Johnson of Sumter, SC; his brothers, Donovan E. Parker of Atlanta, GA and Leonard Brailsford of Sumter, SC; his stepsiblings, Charlie A. Thomas (Dorquila) of McDonough, GA, Akil Benjamin of Sumter, SC and Ashley Benjamin of Charlotte, NC; his grandmother Daisy Moore of Pinewood, SC; and his close friend Shonda Rush. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles and numerous other relatives and friends.
