He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Arthur and Rose Mary Sweatman; and his sister Jeanette Riddick. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Arthur of Columbia, SC, Grace Hill of Columbia, Maryland and Alford Reese Arthur of Sumter, SC; his nephews, Kasreeayl Chandler of Columbia, SC and Voevero Arthur of Columbia, SC; and his niece Varjetter James of Manning, SC.
Due to the Pandemic, the family will not friends at the home, however, we sincerely appreciate your calls, cards and acknowledgements.
