We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2024, at the age of 43, Nakita N'Shana Perkins (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Big Spring, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Joe Perkins Sr.; her aunt Jean Hawkins Lipscomb; and her grandmothers, Gloria Hawkins and Annie Mae Perkins. She is survived by : her daughters, La'Kendra Perkins, Andrea Spears and Zanaih Spears; her mother Brenda Perkins; her grandparents, Dean and Mary Hawkins; her grandchildren, Masiyah Helton and Kaniyah Spears; her siblings, Joe (Athena), Dean Perkins and Regina Gerald (Shawn); and her nieces and nephews, Crystal Spears, Shakeima Lesesne, Kaliante Smith, Aryanna Gerald, Andrea Perkins, Shawn Gerald, Joe Perkins III and Kenneth Perkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home, 1778 Polaris Drive, Sumter.
